CTH-670/S Pen not working on full monitor

Postby gray064 » Thu 13. Jun 2019, 15:49

As of the other day my Bamboo doesn't pick up the pen input on the last third of my monitor on the right hand side. Touch input still works fine and is mapped to all available space. Tried a fresh install of drivers about 3 times and fiddled in the mapping settings but can't seem to find an issue in there. Was running Windows 7 64bit but it's carried over into a fresh install of Windows 10 too. Any thoughts?

From what you describe it seems that the pen sensor has some dead scan lines. This is a hardware issue and the device needs to be repaired.
