Tablet software creates two tablets

Postby HankWaffles » Fri 5. Jul 2019, 22:41

So whenever I turn my tablet on, the software opens two separate tablets which causes the pen to lag. When I open wacom tablet preferences, at the top where it says devices, there are two tablets, one with my setting, and another with default settings. I can remove the second tablet by highlighting it and clicking the Minus button to the right, but it will return next time I turn on the tablet. I've reinstalled the drivers multiple times, and it fixes the problem for a time, but it eventually comes back. I'm using an Intuos Pro on a 2015 Macbook Pro on OS Mojave.

Hello,

Have you tried a full clean uninstall? See: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support?guideId=002-235
Does the same happen if you create a new user?
