Scrolling in Windows 10 with a Bamboo Fun

Postby Cassel » Wed 9. Oct 2019, 18:39

I have a Bamboo Fun, CTE-650. I just upgraded to Windows 10 and I don't have the scrolling abilities I had before. It might be a re-configuration that is wrong or something else, so I would need help.

If I use the wheel on the mouse, I can scroll up/down on a page or a document without issue.

With the pen, I used to click on the pen button (set to right-click), and I could "grab" that page and scroll that way. Now, if I use that right-click, I just get the window with Back, Reload, etc.

I am stuck having to use the scrollbar, but that also means that if there is no scrollbar, I cannot scroll, like the list of programs in the start menu of W10. I can't scroll through them.

Does anyone have a solution or a setting I should adjust?

Make sure you install / reinstall the correct driver - https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers
Once the driver is installed, you need to set he pen button to the desired function.

Thanks. I found out that I had to set my stylus button to Pan/Scroll. That was the simple setting I could not remember, and tech support didn't seem to know about. It is all good now.
