Can't register One By Wacom

I have a One by Wacom tablet (CTL672S) and I can't register it on the site.
I installed the latest driver version, I have windows 10 with updates.
I opened the ticket to wacom support but I did not receive a clear answer (the operator told me that there are some problems with the servers and that he will record it manually and send me an answer by e-mail), I did not receive any more answer.
What else can I do?

Customer Support can help you with this. First, check your email spam folder just in case. If you don't see any answer from our team, please request an update.
