Incorrect Monitor Numbers

I'm using an Intuos Pro S (PHT-451) with the latest drivers (6.3.38-2), on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. When mapping to the monitors the monitor numbers are reversed, so monitor 2 is on the left (my primary display), and monitor 1 is on the right. This is reversed from Windows own display settings. I don't know when Wacom decided to reverse these numbers but I had to go into all of my mappings and switch the monitors around once I figured out what the problem was. Whatever the driver is using to determine the monitor numbers is wrong and can change on a whim.
