CTH-470 Issue - Windows 10

I've searched for solutions in Topics already posted, but most seem to be about Stylus problems or the iOS operating system.

It's been some time since I've used my tablet, but touch is no longer working on it. It's been safely stored away.

Windows Ink has been disabled.
Use Windows Ink has been unchecked in the Mapping window of the Wacom app.
The latest drivers have been installed.
The buttons still function normally.
The stylus still works as it should.
The touch input is turned on.

I'm lost as to what the problem could be. Any help would be appreciated.

There might be a problem with the touch sensor. Check with the support team for a deeper diagnose.
