Hi all,
My tablet is eight years old and, up until yesterday, was working fine. Today the buttons on the pen aren't working and don't 'click' when pressed.
For about ten minutes when I first started drawing this morning the pen kept selecting the symmetry and ellipse tool if I pressed hard on the drawing area. After that initial ten minutes it became intermittent.
Does it sound like I need a new pen? Could the buttons be stuck?

Could you tell us the model of your Wacom tablet and the Operating System you are using? I would also recommend checking directly with support for a direct diagnose of your hardware: https://www.wacom.com/support/contact-support

Alright. Just to be sure, please make sure the latest driver is installed. You can download it here: https://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers
Once the driver is installed, please open the Wacom Desktop Center, click on Support > Diagnostic data. Once the diagnostics window opens, test the side switches and check if there's anything changing in the pen info panel.
