Having troubles with my pen please help!

Postby KrystalDecasper » Sun 17. May 2020, 12:49

Okay so I've have my tablet for a little over a year. And i was drawing on it yesterday COMPLETELY fine, everthing was normal. But i opened up my computer today, plugged in my tablet and now everything is wonky. The pan auto draws/clicks itself, there is some barrier around about an inch of my screen that makes the pen jump around/inaccessible. My pen pressue is also gone. I basicially have no control over my pen

Ive been trying to fix it for hours. I tried everything i can think of. I have the latest driver, and i even tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it and it didnt change anything.

Can anyone help me as to what is maybe wrong?

Hi,
First, can you clarify:
  • Wacom device model
  • Operating System
  • Driver version
You can also try a different USB cable and/or a different USB port. If you are using a USB hub, avoid this and connect directly to the computer.

Does the eraser end behave the same way?
Can you please contact support? They will need to check the diagnostics and collect the driver logs.

I dont have an eraser on my pen.

I kept trying the cord and different ports and the issues fixed until my buttons are wonky now. The click button works but the top button is like...frozen turned on. When I toich my pen to the tablet it switches to that buttons settling. Disabling it seems to have worked for now but do you know what is caused the buttons to do that or how I can fix it?
