Intus Pro M pen laggs

Hi!
My Tables is Intus Pro M, 3 years old. Used with Windows 10 with different software: Ps, Illustrator, Paintstorm.
A few months ago I got a problem: pen started lagging: braking lines, double-clicking, or not responding on clicking at all.
I reinstalled drivers and reloaded services - isn't helpful.
Today I connected the tablet to a new computer, installed new drivers and software - the problem is still here.
After reading Forum, I tried how Eraser will work - Eraser on the end of a pen is working fine, no lagging.
I uploaded examples of broken lines. The last image on the orange background is how Erase is working.
How can it be fixed?

Hi,
You already narrowed down the issue to the pen tip. You will need a replacement pen.
