Intuos Pen and touch extremely buggy

Postby Kyzy2017 » Sat 18. Mar 2017, 22:56

I've tried everything now, I feel like I'm at the point where I should ask for my money back on my wacom and buy another brand. The last THREE DRIVERS have had problems, only had this tablet three months and its been nothing but a problem the entire time.

The tablet is just clicking randomly and drawing lines when it wants. The last three drivers being installed does nothing to fix this. I've tried the mouse trick. Its barely a fix it just makes it happen a little less. I've defragmented my computer to hell and clean installed said drivers, I've fiddled with all the settings and still nothing works. I'm a MA student in the digital arts and this has put a huge dent in my ability to work professionally, and I know I'm not the only one suffering from it.

Does anyone have any solutions yet from the other thread, or is this nonsense still just going to be left by Wacom for months before they even bother looking into it?

I have a intuos art pen and touch medium for windows. Pissed isn't even the word at point. I don't know what else I can do.
