Hello All,

When i'm using my Wacom Intuos Pro M on my regular desktop everything seems to work just fine. But when I use my Virtual Reality headset and want to use my desktop as a Virtual envoirtment the Cursor is not visible when using a pen.

I checked the setting in Windows and the pen Cursos is checked to be visible but there seems to be a problem when using a Virtual Reality headset to work on your desktop.

I used several apps to stream to my desktop and all of them seem to have problems. When enabling Touch to use my fingers the Cursor is visible, only when using the stylus pen there is no cursor visible.

Can anybody help me? I really want to use a Virtual envoirtment, since I can create a screen as big as I want and have more control over what i see.

Thanks,
Pfreaker

That seems to be a problem with the Apps you are using. Pen data is recognized by Windows independently so make sure you have the Windows Ink settings cursor enable to be visible and then check with the VR App settings options and contact the developers if you the issue persists.

Well the problem is in fact all Windows apps, when using Photoshop the Cursor is visible, but when hovering over an Windows app the cursor disappears. Like the start menu, Photos, Paint etc.. It only seems to be mostly affected by apps from the Windows store.

Also enabling or disabling that option doesn't help very much. only when selecting that the pen has to emulate a regular mouse, but that is not what i want.
