Pen drags while using photoshop, unable to draw properly.

Hi all,

Am a newbie to digital art, i just happened to start using the Wacom Intuos M BT, was trying out to draw basics shapes in photoshop using a brush. It seems that the pen drags to other ways when i try to draw just a circle, i have been doing traditional sketching though, but on wacome i noticed later that when I place a circle object on a photoshop page and tried to draw over that circle the pen drags here and there, i am unable to draw properly, so this i think is an issue.

I used a A3 paper landscape with 300 resolution, and i have dual monitor, i changed the settings to use only one monitor, but while drawing on the Right side monitor the pen still moves to the Left side monitor, and i have to every time bring it back to Right side monitor. It's fine when i use the pen/wacom on Left monitor.

- Is it something to do with the Wacome drivers (I installed today)?
- There is any settings i need to change so work somthly?
- I am using Windows 10 OS, anyone faced such issues as above while using Photoshop with Pen/Wacom?

Please let me know people, what can be done here. As i need to get going with wacom and work on it a lot.
