Intuos Pro 5 M (touch) won't start anymore ?.

Postby jackyjoy123 » Mon 4. Jan 2021, 07:14

Hello,

Since this morning my Intuos pro 5 is not starting anymore!
I tried another cable and it doesn't help. It just won't start.
My tablet is 3 years old, I haven't use it crazy, I didn't drop it or damage it...
It was working fine yesterday, and now it's not starting. Nothing happened in between.

Doesn't anyone had this problem? Can it be fixed, or is it just dead?
If it's dead can wacom fix it after the warranty ran out? How much would that cost?

I use my intuos in my work and I'm just starting a new project, so I'm stuck.

thanks
jackyjoy
