Strange behavior in Photoshop with my Intuos Pro M

Postby oktopusss » Mon 4. Jan 2021, 13:06

Hello,

I just got a brand new Intuos Pro M a week ago. Since then, every time I'm using it in Photoshop, the software starts to beahve strangely.
For example, sometimes some keyboard shortcuts got "stuck" and I have to click outside the main screen to get it unstuck. By doing so, I can clearly see that all my previous actions were delayed for a reason I don't get... It seems there's some kind of lag which blocks certain actions.

Does anybody ever had this with their pen tablet ? It's starting to make me go mad... I tried to reinstall the latest drivers and even install older drivers as I read on some forums...

Please help me before I eat my tablet alive ;) Thank you in advance!

I forgot to mention the technical details which might help to identify the problem here.

I'm using Photoshop CS6 and running on MacOS Mojave (10.14). I've heard about the issues between Wacom Intuos and Mojave and already did the fix without any success so far. The tablet and pen behave normally when I'm using it in other software than Photoshop. It's driving me crazy....

CS6 has been out of support for a long time. I think the problem is coming from there.

Thank you very much. I'll see what I can do, maybe download a trial version.
