I have the Intuos Pro PTH-651 model with only the USB cable. I tried connecting it to my PC (latest Win 10 version) but it's not showing up whatsoever.
I've tried the following:
- different USB ports
- different USB cable
- different device (my laptop)
- reinstalling the drivers
- installing older versions of the drivers
With everything that I've tried, I can't seem to get Windows to recognize it as a USB device (Device Manager).
Let me know if you need any more info. Any help is very much appreciated, thank you!

Intuos Pro PTH-651 not being detected by Windows
Re: Intuos Pro PTH-651 not being detected by Windows
After all you tried, the conclusion is that the issue must be with the USB port of the Intuos Pro. The tablet will need to be repaired/replaced.
