Intuos Pro med not detected

Intuos Pro med not detected

Aquired the Intuos Pro medium (pth-660)
and windows 10 won't detect it all, there is no lights showing on the tablet itself.
It only turned on when I plugged it into my phone charger.
Attempted multiple times removing and installing the driver, also tested multiple ports on my pc.

UPDATE:
Pc detected the tablet after using the reset button on the tablet.
(Unplugged wireless mode, reset, reinsert cable)
