Wacom Intuos Pro 2017 (Uneven Surface / Bumps Problem)

Postby OccultMonk » Thu 20. Apr 2017, 11:00

The new Intuos Pro 2017 model (Large) has slight bumps in the center and on the sides. This seems to be something some/all of these tablets have (see messages on internet). I have had two tablets from different stores with the same problem. The bumps are slight and only visible with light from the side. I can also feel the bump with my fingers.

My Tablet is exactly the same, does your bend hugely if you pick it up at one end?
When I took mine from its box it looked twisted until I sat it down on my desk to flatten it out.

Mine has these bumps too and also looks twisted. When holding it bends when picked it, which cant be good for the internals??

If your tablet surface is not even with bumps or bubbles, contact our support for the best help in your area. If you hold the tablet at right or lef side, it may bend a bit, but that shouldn't have any effect on the internal electronics. Normally put the tablet flat on the desk.
