Wacom medium pth-660 Bluetooth issue

Postby inediblered » Tue 20. Jun 2017, 08:45

I bought a new Wacom medium pth-660-n and I'm having trouble connecting it to my PC via Bluetooth.
I'm following the instructions and the tablet is recognised by my PC but only as : "LE IntuosPro M"
How do I fix this ? Can it be fixed ?

It is normal and ok, that the tablet is detected as 'LE Intuos Pro M'. You should be able to select that to connect.

No one ? I guess I just bought a faulty piece of equipment I guess. Could someone point me out to a customer service number for the uk ? All I'm finding is numbers for Asia.
