New drivers - same problem: no tablet detected

Postby Melilyan » Wed 12. Jul 2017, 15:46

Hi there again!

Today I tryed to install the older bamboo drivers, since my device is a CTH and the last one compatible seems to be the 5.3.5-3.
But I still have the same problem as before:

-The system detect the tablet as a mobile pen/mouse device.
-The device works as a mouse with the touch only, the pen is not working at all (even if the tablet can detect the pen, the led changes color)
-On my personal computer the tablet works well, no problem at all.
-The wakom preferences software says that can't find any tablet.

How can it be? Why, if the system can see the tablet, the wakom software can't?

As I said on last topic: might it be that the system lock my company did on this device is locking even the tablet?

This is a print of my screen, the allert says exactly :"can't find any kind of supported device on the system"

Thank you again!
have a nice eavening.
