software download problem

Hello, after many problems gaining access to the wacom website to register Intuos draw I managed to register it. I tried to download the free software but nothing worked so I tried again but still no download. Now I am left with a tablet that is still unable to use after 4 days. In my account there shows zero downloads left and a license key but I still have no software.

I am using it on macbook, so how do I get the free software now please?

We apologize for the issues with the software download in the moment.
There are a lot more requests for the bundle software and the registration in general than we anticipated and thus our servers are not capable of handling all requests in a timely manner.

I have contacted you directly with advice on how to go further.
