Hi,
Got my Bamboo Slate yesterday, initially it did work:
Out of the box turned on, and pairing with my phone did work at first try. Downloading my doodles and live mode was working fine. Battery was at ~30% IIRC. Put on charger later, charged to 100%, and draw some more, still no problem, so the battery is most likely OK.
Today I tried to pair it to my laptop (HP with Win10 21H2 build 19044.1889), it did initially pair, but no connection to Inkspace desktop app. Since it doesn't enter pairing mode at all. Now can't connect it to my phone or laptop.
Turn on, green LED comes on.
Press and hold as instructed: green light off after ~3 seconds, but no blue blinking. Tried holding the button for 10-15 seconds and more, but no blue blinking.
When I held the button for longer time turning it back on was really strange: Simply holding the button did not turn the Slate on, had to release the button and press it again to turn it on.
Battery is not an issue, charged again, but that didn't help either.
Writing seems to work, but of course can't download anything. If I turn it on, start writing, the LED does turn blue; and if I press the button the blue LED will flash really fast, and goes to green again. Just can't do anything useful :/

Hello,
The Bluetooth settings in the device may have become corrupt.
There should be a small hole next to the USB port of the Bamboo Slate. Power ON the device get a paper clip (or a similar object) and press the button - you should feel a small click - for 10-15 seconds. The Slate should power OFF and when you power next time, you should be able to enter pairing mode.

Thanks, that solved my issue, connected to both my phone and laptop.
Now one more question: The desktop Inkspace app doesn't seem to sync with the "cloud". Now I have two separate sets of drawings. One on my computer and another on my phone & in InkSpace web (https://inkspace.wacom.com). Android does sync to InkSpace web.
Not event the tags are synced. This way the desktop app is not really useful :/
