Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

European Warehouse Inventory:
The European team will be doing inventory from the 27th to the 29th of March. This means that short delays will repairs, order shipping and refunds will occur. We expect to get back to normal schedule on the 1st of April.

Bamboo Slate A4 incorrectly exports vectors

Hello

I have problem: when I export image as vector (from InkScape android) and I read image in Adobe Illustrator or InkScape on PC i see just few lines at the top of the page like this:

when the image should look at least like this

the problem is repeated every time

The problem in the Android app was confirmed recently and should be fixed in the next update. - Best option for the moment is to sync the notes with your Inkspace account, then use a browser to go to http://inkspace.wacom.com log in, find the note and rightclick on it, choose export to SVG.
