I bought the Bamboo Slate and I try to connect it to my PC (win10). the USB socket is not recognized.

    is it possible to connect the bamboo slate to a computer?
    if yes . How?

The USB port in the Bamboo Slate is merely for charging, it does not transmit data.

To connect the Bamboo Slate to your Windows 10 computer you must use Bluetooth connection and download the Inkspace App from the Windows Store - https://www.microsoft.com/p/wacom-inkspace-app/9ng5x2820fgx?rtc=1&activetab=pivot%3Aoverviewtab If you download from any other source, it won't work.

Once you install the App, launch it and follow the initial setup instructions.
