Synchronisation Inkspace App on Windows

On Windows 10, the Inkspace App (V2.7.4) cannot sync with the Server. If I try to export in *.doc or *.txt file, I get the notification "Verbindung zum Server kann nicht hergestellt werden - Cannot connect to the server". The syncronisation to other devices (Android Smartphone) doesn't work either.

Does anyone know this Problem? How can I fix it?

Make sure the App is whitelisted by your Firewall / Antivirus. I just tested and the server seems to be reachable.

I checked it with my system admin, the App is whitelisted in the firewall. What else may be a problem with synchronization?
