DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OS security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Orange and Blue LEDs flashing

I have the above issue and have been asking every day for 2 weeks on the Wacom twitter page. However never a reply.
I will try here now as I can't find it any where on the web or manual. This the second time Ive had to stop using the device for weeks due to crap service. First time was when there was no replacement refills any where in the world.

Any way could someone help me in solving this

When the orange and blue LEDs are flashing, there is hardware problem with the device. In that case please contact Wacom support - either by phone or through the support contact page: http://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/contact-support
