Wacom ink does not want to pair

My wacom ink pen does not want to pair with my lenovo yoga 530. Also no pressure sensitivity on third party software (only in windows ink).

The Bamboo Ink uses Windows Ink for pressure - when the 3rd party app does not use the Windows Ink system for pressure, the pressure data from Windows Ink will not be used.
Check if the Wacom driver can help: http://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers -> Bamboo Ink Stylus Driver
Current version is 7.3.4-47

With Pairing you mean via Bluetooth?
Which steps did you do? Bamboo Ink connects fine to my Yoga 260...

I just did the usual steps one does to pair any other bluetooth device. (I also tried this on my mobile studio pro with the same result)
He sees the device, tries connecting, then I get the message 'try connecting your device again'.

Issue for surface pro 6, surface pro 4
1. Bamboo ink works with surface – it can draw, erase, emulate left mouse click
2. Troubles when I try to pair it with my surface
– I press upper button Bamboo ink. Blue indicator start blinking
- Blinking may last quite long time
- Windows find Bamboo ink
- When I press – “PAIR” Bamboo ink stop blinking and windows say – unable to pair. Try to connect device again

Hi.
Fist make sure the battery has enough charge.
Second, please make sure you run all your Windows updates. This is very important.
Once this is done, please retry pairing the Stylus. If the issue persists, please contact our support - https://support.wacom.com

full charged
latest updates installed
other devices connected and paired without any problems, including original microsoft pen

troubles only with bamboo ink

other methods?
