Bug: When I go from standard to tablet configuration (screen up, keyboard facing down) on my Yoga 720-15, the Bamboo ink pen stops working (this time it's everywhere, including windows ink sketch app).
I found that I need to restart the "Wacom ISD service" to get it back working.

I specifically bought the Yoga 720-15 because of its digitizer technology. It uses Wacom AES.
I really like the Intuos line and had hoped for similar performance, but for the time being, Microsoft seems to get in your way (I'd guess specifically the Windows Ink team).
I'll see I find a matching Lenovo forum.

Yes, I installed the latest pen driver from the link you provided and the behaviour is unchanged (still does not work, requires manual restart of Wacom ISD service).

Interesting. I will check this with out team. Have you reached out to Lenovo about this? Did they have any idea about what could cause this?

Not yet.
It happens after the automatic change in Tablet mode, after I turn the (bottom) keyboard part of the device.
When I disable the automatic change, nothing happens and the pen keeps working.
