Bamboo Ink can't start pairing when Bluetooth is on

Postby waBill » Fri 15. Nov 2019, 04:10

This is very strange. When I press the top button for 6 seconds to start pairing it doesn't blink as long as the BT is on (Windows 10). When I turn the BT off it then it starts blinking. I then I quickly turn on Bluetooth on my laptop but nothing is found the and blinking stops.

What could this be?

I'm not sure I understand the issue. Can you explain a bit better? When the Bamboo Ink blinks consistently, it means that it is in pairing mode. It should be visible win your Windows PC when looking for Bluetooth devices. Perhaps it's better if you contact support and explain the situation to them - https://support.wacom.com
