Wacom Drivers:
March 2018: New driver released for Windows (6.3.33-3). Mac driver update coming soon. Download drivers and release notes here: http://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers

Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

European Warehouse Inventory:
The European team will be doing inventory from the 27th to the 29th of March. This means that short delays will repairs, order shipping and refunds will occur. We expect to get back to normal schedule on the 1st of April.

Problem: Bamboo ink pen pressure sensitivity only works in windows ink. Third party programs don't work. (in Detail the programs attempted were gimp 2.0, fresh paint, and Autodesk Sketchbook.
Solutions Attempted: Installing the bamboo ink pen specific driver on Wacom's homepage
What went wrong: The driver refused to download stating that it could not find a supported device
Specifications:Using latest version of windows 10, On a Hp Specter x360 model: 13-ac023dx. The pen was connected via Bluetooth to the laptop.

Bamboo Ink is specificaly designed for Windows Ink and was tested with the tablets listed here: http://www.wacom.com/comp
It supports AES and MPP technology. If your HP device uses Microsoft MPP protocol, Bamboo Ink works only in apps supporting Windows Ink. If your tablet works with Wacom AES, installation of the driver can provide pressure in more apps (through the Wintab API)

Update: HP Spectre 360 is using the MPP protocol from Microsoft. (HP Spectre x2 uses the AES technology.)
