Move/Copy pen config

Postby Karmalakas » Wed 27. Dec 2017, 07:17

I really love my Intuos Pro, but I find software very unfriendly.
For now I'd like to know how to move or copy my pen config to another pen. Tried editing backup XML by hand with no luck.
Any ideas?

So? Is there any support at all? How do I move my countless apps configured on Grip Pen to Pro Pen?

... moved to Pen Tablets ...
Please post in the correct Forum first so that other users see your question.

And note: We from Wacom cannot be here all the time - in case you need an urgent answer please try our knowledgebase https://www.wacom.com/en-gb/support or our support team: http://www.wacom.com/support/contact-support

Editing the XML will be your only chance - we currently don't have the function you are asking for unfortunately.
