Problem drivers with cloud

Mac book pro retina 2013 / High Sierra / Version 10.13.6 / Intuos Pro S

Hello,

Cannot retrieve my tablet preferences from the cloud (Wacom desktop center > settings backup > cloud backup). Every time I click on "Manage", "Restore" or save", the application always closes! How to solve this problem?

Please make sure you have the latest version of the Wacom driver installed. You can download it from here: http://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers
Also, make sure the Wacom Desktop Center is allowed internet access.

Hi,

I have version 6.3.31-4. I reinstalled them, it still doesn't work. How to check the Internet access of the application on Mac?

Just make sure that your firewall is not blocking the Wacom Desktop Center if you have yours activated. Check in Mac Privacy & Security settings.

I disabled it, it doesn't work.. Okay, I'll check with the support.

I'll come back if I have the solution.
