Cant download my bundle software

I have recently bought a Intuos Pro, a device which I know comes with software that can be accessed once registered. I have registered my device but when i go to the software library it tells me that there is no software available for my device. I am very frustrated by the lack of information and instruction the website is giving me and i am unable to get through to the help centre so if anyone else knows how to fix this problem I would very much appreciate it.
