Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Mosketch appli crash at launch

Hi,
I just dowloaded a tried version of mosketch, (downloaded twice and installed twice also :) ) was exited to use it but the software crashed at launch everytime.
So can't use it and try it at that time.
did someone allready had this problem, and is anyone have a solution for that kind of problem? thanks you.

What is your operating system ? Is there an error message when it crashes ? Is it freezing ? Did you register and receive a trial license activation ? See the steps at http://support.mokastudio.com/support/s ... activation

Hi,

if you get a popup window saying that Opencll.dll is missing, please try to update your graphics driver and see if that solves your issue.

Hi,
System Windows 7.
Well there's No error message no freezing, no registration panel. And no opencll.dll missing. And not any kind of alert. The appli just chut down.

so???? :) :) I would like to give you something to "grab", that would explain the problem, but... what?

Did you try to contact the support of Mosketch already?
Since Wacom is not the manufacturer of this application our means are limited...
