MacbookPro 16" + OSX Catalina + Wacom Latest drivers = Huge Lag

Hello and sorry for the long subject... But it says it all!
Has anyone over at Wacom tested the latest drivers (6.3.38-3) with Apple's latest laptop (Macbook Pro 16")? It results on the whole interface being stuttery, laggy and totally unusable, whether a tablet is connected or not!
And yes, fresh install...
Reverting to older drivers (6.3.36 and 6.3.37 series) solves the issue.
I figured I'd leave a message here in case someone has the same symptoms and was searching for a solution.
Hoping Wacom has new drivers in the works (the last ones date from December!).

EDIT: Updated to the latest WacomTablet_6.3.39-1 drivers. Same issue.
