Cintinq Pro 13 not working!
I have my Wacom Cintinq Pro 13 set up like I usually do: Power on bottom left, input top left. USB-C to Wacom Link, to USB-A and HDMI. Running Windows 10. Worked a few months ago when I used it but now it will not. It functions as a mouse and that is it. It does not register as a display in Display Settings. It shows up as a mouse under devices. Updated all drivers, uninstalled all drivers, restarted, reinstalled newest drivers. Updated Windows 10. Nothing it making the wacom display a screen. It is black. The Wacom Desktop Center shows the tablet. I am at a loss for what is going on! Please help!
Re: Cintinq Pro 13 not working!
Are you using the Wacom Link or the Wacom Link Plus? If the device is not detected as a display, then the issue is only with the video cable. The Wacom Driver only handles the pen/touch component of the Cintiq Pro.
Please replace the HDMI cable or and any other adapter you may be using and this should solve the problem. If the issue persists, there might be a defect with your Wacom Link.
