Randomly one stroke skips and the tablet stops working until i lift the pen and place it again on the screen. Anyone knows why is this happening?

Re: Cintiq 16 skipping problem
Need a bit more information.
Driver version? Operating system?
Does this happen with every App or only a specific one?

Re: Cintiq 16 skipping problem
This happens a lot in Corel Painter 2021 , im using windows 10 latest version, plus latest driver from Wacom, also my windows its second time installed from scratch.
Re: Cintiq 16 skipping problem
Only with Corel or other apps as well? Are you using Windows Ink? You can disable this from the "Calibrate" section in the Wacom Driver preferences.

Re: Cintiq 16 skipping problem SOLVED
Wacom Team i have found the solution, i bought another keyboard, but this time is an English keyboard, it doesn't have the latin or spanish keys, noticed that the modifier i had en my pen buttons didnt worked in them so i have to remap them.
This is really weird because I had never had that problem it was the first time, and i tried the tablet before with 3 keyboards in Spanish, same lag result, especially when I used the modifiers on the buttons.
So its clearly a bug in the drivers of compatibility with keyboards, if you can double check it for next driver would be awesome.
the modifiers i use for corel painter are in one button alt, the other one alt plus control.
Im really happy the tablet wasnt faulty, i hope this information could help any other users, maybe its not the language but the brand.

Sorry but the way you describe the issue is confusing. So what you are saying is that the skipping only occurs when you press one of the pen side switches?
Were you using custom modifiers, or the standard ones that are pre-set in the driver.
Please notice that the physical keyboard has no influence on the system unless you change the Keyboard layout on the Operating System level. Probably what happens is that with your OS set with Spanish layout, the standard keybindings are read as different ones by the driver and when the software reads them is probably triggering an incorrect function.
I'm not sure if this is clear. I would recommend you to contact our support and work with them to better understand the issue and check how you can use your device while still using your Spanish keyboards - there is no reason this shouldn't be possible.
We have support in Spanish by the way.
