Cintiq 27QHD Touch - Pinch Zoom no longer working

I'm also facing this issue on Windows 10 and wacom driver 6.3.19-3. In photoshop CC only single touch is working, multitouch (zoom or rotate) does nothing. Also note that the same gestures are working in Edge...

We need this fixed asap please, this bug messes up my workflow like crazy.

I finally found the solution, thanks to the chaps at Celsys (Clip Studio Paint).

For the 27QHD, the ONLY driver that works properly (actually, perfectly!) is 6.3.17-3
Ensure you thoroughly wipe preferences and old drivers along with restart first.

Wacom, your dreadful support really does the deserve its notoriety.

Like other people, I have just updated my driver (6.3.19-3) and now the Touch functions have stopped working in Photoshop CC. I am on Windows 10 Pro.

The gestures sort of work erratically when I tested them in Google maps.

This is driving me insane!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

@Alasdair - try installing 6.3.17-3 .. it is the ONLY driver that works for me. It works perfectly again now.
(note: be sure to uninstall old drivers and reset first)

I rolled back the Wacom tablet drivers on Device Manager.

Not sure what that does, but instantly everything started working properly. Yay!

Same problem here, updated from 18-3 to 19-3 and lost pinch zoom, drag and rotate. It does work intermittently but is in no way usable. I rolled back to 18-3 for now until this issue is resolved. With 18-3 i find the touch is too sensitive and on screen controls pop up when unwanted as i'm drawing. But now with the driver update its as if the sensitivity has gone completely the other way.

Cintiq 27QHDT here as well, same issue (noticed in photoshop) not pan / zoom etc.. Had to reinstall windows after i got my gforce 1070 card, didnt have these issues before then but seems to fit with installation of drivers then, will try the 17-3 if i can find them somewhere, since there is no more view old drivers for Cintiq products on the driver page...

these are 6.3.18-3. You can select your OS on the left under 'other versions'. You'll have to do some looking around for older drivers than that. Or try contacting Wacom..

Yeah i found them from here as well :p
Now if wacom's cloud service would actually just work for importing App settings :)

And absolutely right 17-3 worked, 18-5 and 19-3 were a bust, gestures works every 10th or 20th time you try.
