Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Stylus Compatibility

I know that the CTL-480 and CTH-470 have compatible styluses, so you can use the 470's stylus on the 480 and vice versa. Is this the same with the 480 and the 490? I'd like to buy the 480's stylus to use on my CTH-490pk, and as stated, I was wondering if the tablet and older stylus are compatible.

No, that is not possible. The stylus for the CTH-480 will not work on the 490 and 690 tablets. You need LP-190 for the newer models.
