Hold Right Click not working

Postby Syntronis » Sun 10. Dec 2017, 15:28

Hello
I have an issue with the right click of the pen of my Intuos 4M. Since i installed it, it always work randomly... i always restart until all works, but now, i have a continuous problem... even if the right click works, i can not hold the right click, because it get interpreted as a hold left click. I just installed the latest updates of the driver, nothing fixed... please help.

And what is this white circle around my mouse when i try to right click with the pen? It's very annoying when i'm working with Photoshop.

My tablet is an Intuos 4M PTK-640
Windows 10 64 bits

When the tablet isn't working properly, unplug and replug the cable (if possible use USB2 port direct connection, not a hub), and use the option to 'restore settings': When evrything is setup and works correctly, go to Wacom Desktop Center -> backup settings and make a local backup of the settings. Once a problem starts doubleclick on that backup settings file to restore the settings. - For the rightclick circle: that is a Windows feature that gets enabled for pen and touch devices. You can turn off 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet driver, or go to Windows control panel for 'Pen and Touch' to configure 'press and hold to ...'.
