Wobbly lines on Photoshop with Cintiq 21 UX 2. Can you help me?

Postby Blueem » Thu 11. Jan 2018, 17:30

Hello, I have a huge problem that I really have no idea how to solve.

Some days ago I changed PC (I now use Windows 10 instead of Windows 7) and my Wacom Cintiq 21 UX 2 (DTK-2100) has problems when I use Photoshop. On my old computer the lines were super smooth but now they are all wobbly and horrible.

Here is an album with images where you can see the problem: https://imgur.com/a/mhPdw

The first image shows lines with a brush with spacing and other stuff completely disabled while the second image shows how it looks when I switch back to the original settings (even more wobbly). The third picture shows a part of one of my drawings and next to it some lines I did now so that you can see the difference (they are wobbly even if I drew them the exact same way with the same brush).

I tried installing old drivers (even if with Windows 10 it's difficult because many don't work) and installing different versions of Photoshop but nothing changed. I also tried disabling Windows Ink and double click options but no luck with that.

Anyone had a similar problem or just has some solutions in general? I'm really desperate because I need Photoshop to work.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
