DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OS security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Cintiq 13HD display working but pen won't move cursor

Hi everyone,

My Cintiq 13HD has recently stopped working. The display is showing fine, however the pen is not doing anything, the cursor will not move. I have tried many things. I have restarted several times, I also removed all drivers from my downloads and control panel, then restarted again, this did not work. I also restarted the Wacom Professional Services in my services and applications, this also did not work. When I try to go into my display settings and preferences through the windows menu, I get a pop up saying that the tablet is not connected, even though it is plugged in. I changed ports on my laptop to ensure that it wasn't my laptop that was broken, and it still wouldn't work. I always have the latest driver installed, and I am currently using Windows 10, any form of help is highly appreciated, as I am totally lost and seriously need to fix this problem or buy a new tablet!

Check the USB cable connection and have a look in device manager for issues to resolve. If possible test the tablet on another computer to be sure. And contact customer support for your region, if the hardware is not working and needs repair.
