What happened to my bundle software?

I've purchased an Intuos art and a cintiq 22hd that comes with bundle software, but now if I go to the software library it tells me there is no software for this products. I remember corel painter essentials 5 was given in the cintiq 22hd, but now it keeps telling me there is no software with cintiq 22hd.

I lost the software?

And now, I've purchased a cintiq 27qhd and a mobile studio pro 13 i5, but keeps telling me there is no software bundle available for those products on the website or software library of wacom desktop center.

Is wacom not giving bundle software anymore with their products?

For the Cintinq 22 and the Intuos Art you should definitely be able to access your previously registered software. For the Cintiq 27QHD and MobileStudio Pro there is no software included.
