Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 - Mapping Isssue

Dear Friends,

I am new user of wacom, I purchased Cintiq Pro 13 week back and Connected to my Microsoft surface pro 5 (Windows 10) thru wacom link thru USB 3.0 and Mini display port, Fantastic No issue. But when next time I did the same wacom display not full screen it give shorter screen on both side.
If i connect it as extended display it shows full screen, but when i mirror it, gives same screen ration as of surface pro, resulting screen is less on both sides.
I tied by reinstalling the driver but no success. Wacom interface does not show any mapping tab, i am unable to resolve the issue. If i reduce the resolution of surface pro to match wacom display then it shows full screen, then my surface pro screen become smaller.

Can someone help to resolve this issue

Welcome to the Wacom family. Glad to hear you are enjoying the Wacom Cintiq Pro 13.

To clarify, the Wacom driver does not control the resolution of the image. The Wacom driver will be responsible for all the things related with the pen and touch control and all the settings you assign to the pen. The mapping settings are referring only to pen input.

For video resolution, these settings are controlled through Windows Display Settings, like you would for any other monitor. Please see: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4340331/windows-10-set-up-dual-monitors
