Companion 1 Windows 10 wifi problem

Postby cryxcomics » Tue 17. Jan 2017, 16:46

I succesfully upgraded my companion 1 to windows 10 without problems meny months ago.

Recently I have some problems with wifi. Sometimes at startup the wifi card cannot connect and I need to restart system.

Only one time I needed to uninstall wifi card and re-install.

Can someone help me to understand?

Try if this helps you out:

-Go to start -> Settings -> Network & Internet -> Airplane mode and turn off GNSS.

GNSS was already turned off. But I have unchecked the wifi card energy saving (system can shut down wifi card to save energy) and
this seems to have solved the problem. Till now.
