Intuos Pro Touch - PHT-651/K

Hello,

My Intuos Pro Touch (PHT-651/K) has stopped working. It will not turn on via cable or start button. The light will flash 5 times when I use the power button, but it will turn off after. With the cable mostly nothing happens at all, occasionally the light will flash 5 times, but very rarely.

I have bought a brand new cable from Wacom, I have tried multiple computers and tired different ports - but still not luck.

Is there a way to fix this?
