Thank you for keeping us updated. To clarify, the USB standard used for data transmission over USB-C is 3.1 Gen 1 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB-C#USB_3.0/3.1/3.2

Might be a stretch but maybe this is worth a try? https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/XPS-13-9350-SSD-on-USB-C-3-1-very-unstable-unusable/m-p/5061223#M901979 Seems that it worked for several Dell models even tough this was reported 2 years ago.

Hello guys,

Thanks for responding constructively, i appreciate it.

I did try that wifi trick before, and just to be sure i tried it right now, unfortunately it doesn't recognize Cintiq.

Here is the screenshot i made with Cintiq plugged in and out.
Sorry for imgur upload I don't see attachment option.

https://m.imgur.com/gallery/gTooarL ----- link doesn't work

New one:
https://ibb.co/55DbQS0

To clarify those green lines (top to bottom) on plugged in slide:

1st is Cintiq as audio device clearly recognized as Cintiq 16...

2nd is new usb 3.1 device connected and recognized as something plugged in, it doesn't say what. It shows as long as Cintiq is plugged in (doesn't matter if it's turned on or off)

3rd line, this tends to go on or off showing and disappearing, again I don't know what this is.

This is something that was always there.

Thanks again, let me know if you have any other ideas.
Take care,
Ivan

Hello,
I don't know if it will help. I have updated windows to 1809 lateat version today, now when i plug in tablet (over usb-c) it shows some events in events viewer... If you guys want i can copy couple of them.
It still isn't recognized and it's non functional both touch and pen.

Dell support is waiting to obtain wacom so they can test it, don't know what to think about that...

Can someone of you guys update me on what is going on and do you have any more ideas?

Take care,
Ivan

Problem is because dell computers TB 3 port is not compatible with USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 data transmission . They only works with USB-C 3.1 Gen 2.

( Cintiq pro 16 is USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 data transmission )

Did you try this ?

Wacom cintiq pro to Thunderbolt 3 cable to wacom link plus to Thunderbolt 3 cable to DELL computer .

I mean using wacom link plus with two Thunderbolt 3 cables , maybe with wacom link plus and 2 Thunderbolt 3 cables works .

Is the wacom link plus USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 or Gen 2 data transmission ?

Hello,
It is compatible with 3.1 gen 1, I didn't try this way because i want to reduce number of cables.
