We tested and we can confirm it's working with Wacom Color Manager v1.5.
Seems that the issue is that in a previous calibration, something went wrong with the Look Up Table setting. I have seen this previously in very rare instances.
There is no way to fix this remotely. You will need to send the device in for Repair. I have asked the customer support team to contact you. Please check your inbox in the next 24-48h.
