Wacom Cintiq Display Issues...
Wacom Cintiq Display Issues...
I've been having some issues with my Wacom Tablet. This version has a touch screen, and it seems to be causing more problems than anything else, as my computer will register both my hand and the pen at the same time, making it almost impossible to draw anything without creating random dots and lines. I think its a glitch with the driver, as it will sometimes register only the pen tip when I am drawing and not my hand. This was the case yesterday, but right after shutting off the display and turning it back on, it did the same glitch again where it registered both my hand and pen simultaneously. If anyone knows how I can fix this problem and/or make sure I won't encounter this in the future it would be greatly appreciated.

If you're running Windows 10, try turning off all the options under devices/pen & windows ink, and turning on 'ignore touch input when i'm using my pen'. See if that helps. Other than that try rolling back a driver. There is a new driver just release 6.3.20-7 which is supposed to fix many touch related issues, so try that too
