Intous L Bluetooth Problem

I have tablet for 3 days already,but only today I wanted to test the bluetooth function.On wacom driver/aplication it shows it has 100% battery,but when I try to connect it to the computer,it connects but it tells me that battery is 0.I though maybe is from my computer ,but I tried it to my Laptop also.Both of them has windows 10 with updates up to date.
