Wacom Driver Troubleshooting

Postby wacom4 » Thu 22. Mar 2018, 13:56

Wacom drivers manage the data received from Wacom devices. This data is generated by sensors created to read Pen, Touch, ExpressKeys, Touchrings and Touchstrips input from the user.

Excluding Pen Computers (which have all sensors connected to the main board), the driver receives this data via USB or Bluetooth. If you are having issues, it's always a good idea to start by cross checking your connection.

NOTE: The Wacom driver will not control how video Input or Output performs. This is done by the Operating System and the Graphics Card Drivers. If you are having issues with your video connection on your Cintiq or Cintiq Pro, please check the cables and contact our support if the issue persists.

If you get an error message when opening the Wacom Tablet Properties, please check our FAQ:
I'm getting an error message from the Wacom Driver - what can I do?

If you are not getting an error message but the driver is still not working as you would expect, please check our FAQ:
Pen input or touch input does not work as expected
